Standard Bilsteins are non height adjustable. The lower spring perch rests on a circlip however so if you were so inclined you could remove the shocks and use a lathe to add in lower grooves for the circlip.
You'll be able to see without jacking it up. You can see the rear dampers very clearlu just by bobbing your head down under the bumper.
Yellow = bilstein. Green, threaded = Tein coilovers.
Also the top mounts on the bilsteins will have no adjustments, just a black cap or single rust nut probably. Teins will have something poking through. Look under your bonnet, it will be obvious. They will also probably be green.
