Classic car carsh on the B4455 last Saturday

I heard there was a bad crash involving 2 cars near Rugby last Saturday and a man in his 60's was hurt behind the wheel of a 'classic car'.

Does anybody know what car was involved and what happened? Hoping it is nobody I know.

they all refer to a 'Vintage car' - that would suggest its summat pre-war and they've no idea what it is/was as its not immediately recognisable like a lot of post war classics.
