Has anyone replaced/repaired the door release cable on an early Chimaera? if so how difficult was it

Mark it was easy, to do you will have no problems with it at all.
How does the cable get routed? The cable to my passenger door has stiffened up, so the spring in the door mechanism has trouble pulling it back (currently elastic band assisted!)... This is another item on my "to do" list!
it is pushed thro a plastic pipe that runs from the rear end of the transmission tunnel into the rear arch/lock access area.
