Help with removing some trim - E90 3 series
Discussion
I've managed to drop a screwdriver bit down a hole in the boot, and I can not for the life of me get to it - and managed to push it further away (and out of sight) by trying to get it.
Does anyone know how to remove the back plastic panel closest to you as you open the boot (the boot latch is in the middle of this panel)
Below is a picture.
I can see two screw covers at the top, which reveal two screws, but there are 4 plastic like rivets on the back panel that will just not budge.
Anyone done this before?

Thanks in advance

Have you tried taking the boot floor/wheel cover out?
BMW were always fond of using trim clips that you had to push the centre in to release (E46 3 Series boot coverings were covered in the buggers) then when you get them out, you just push the middle peg section up so it's proud of the clip, put the clip through the hole and push the middle bit so that it's flush to lock it back in place.
If not, it might just be on plastic clips that will pull out. Just take your time and don't apply too much pressure.
