Scott Frame Snapped
Discussion
I'm looking for some advice guys,my Scott Ransom frame snapped on my ride last night which I'm gutted about as love the bike
what route should I go to get this sorted? Talking to the shop where I got it (Leisure Lakes) or would it be best to go direct to Scott? The bike is under two years old so I think it's still under so sort of warranty.
Thanks.
Chris.

Thought i'd give yoy guys an update, well i couldn't be happier all Leisure Lakes wanted were photo's of the broken frame which was great because i live 3 hours from them, they then sent these to Scott to look at,well this morning a brand new rear triangle has been delivered to my house
So thats 9 days from me calling Leisure Lakes to getting the replacement part to my house so im very very happy,i know where i will be buying my next bike from thats for sure

Had a problem with a Scott road bike wheel that my local lbs couldn't sort out. I collared a Scott representative at a bike show I went to that was on at the time and he gave me his contact details and asked me to email details of the problem. I did, and several days later a brand new wheel turned up gratis. So another vote for Scott customer service.
