These electricity people are getting nearer the mark!

Just saw one of these on charge outside the office... it actually looked quite good!

yikes

Just had a look at the price list.

I think I'd buy a second hand M5 instead but thanks for the spam thread anyway. hehe

Why?
banghead

  • I don't think the electric car thing will ever take off properly. I reckon they'll go to hydrogen like the Honda Clarity. Seems better if you ask me.

FX58 AVY is not on "Ask Mid"... Is there an exemption for electric cars?

The next door neighbor has a mobilty scooter with a 'Q' registration and I assume it doesn't need insurance, surely this isn't in the same bracket?

Interesting.

However:

I do not believe it is a General Motors design, and I would be very suprised if they could use the Hummer name, as IIRC the Hummer brand been bought by a chinese company with the intention of restarting production.

The Seven model on their website clearly resembles a Caterham, who have the rights to the 'Seven' name and therefore no other company should be building a 'Sevenesque Seven'.

There already is a MEV LTD company, producing kit cars; http://www.mevltd.co.uk/

This is just a toy for people with more money than sense. Even the website says it is a "resort vehicle"... e.g. golf buggy.
