Powerflex Bushes

I have a 'full set' of bushes that came with my car, should I fit them or put them on the bay? I'm not dead keen on really harsh suspension, but I'm pretty sure that I'll need some new bushes, however I'm not convinced that poly is the answer. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Fitted poly all round on my 4.5 Cerd. So much better!
