I've never really bothered posting any pics of my car before because I didn't have anything that interesting.

However on Monday I collected this:

It is a 1961 Ford Popular 100E, and is the result of searching for cheap classic cars within 30 miles on eBay, then buying the one with 12 months MOT! It is pretty much twice my age.

It sits alongside:

A petrol mkII Octavia vRS.

It's a modest fleet, but I like it. It's amazing to see how far automotive engineering has come in the last 50 years too!

Love the Ford, looks in good nick too. The vRS is a trusty companion too as I can confirm.

I'll be using it a fair bit. Will probably in convoy with the BMW 1502 in the background.

There is a set of white rally wheels from a MKII Escort in the garage that belong to one of my housemates. They'll be having a test fit at some point! biggrin

Lovely 100e you've got there! Would go very nicely with a fast road spec. Lotus twincam and a rocket box in it.. hehe
