If I lived in the USA / Australia then i would have one of those gigantic winebagoes (sp??) however in the UK i wouldnt bother. I'd rather book into a nice hotel or B&B for the night.

If I wanted to do the whole camping thing i would use a tent and do it properly.

Great things.

I have a 7.2 metre one which tows the hillclimb car and is used for holidays and weekends away both at events and to visit places.

What is nice to look at about a big white box?

Does a VW Bus class as a Camper van? If so then im in if not and its only huge rigs then no.

And dont even get me started on MotorHomes towing a small car thats just weird its the reverse of caravaning.

One of our benevolent PH overlords who has a not so secret penchant for motorhomes. He'll be along in a minute to complain that there is a fence in the way in your photo smile

In all seriousness I'm struggling to understand the aim of the thread - is it just that your neighbour has parked a motorhome (outside his house presumably) and you think it's ugly?

Its the fact that i have to sit and look out on that ugly thing. He has no consideration for us or anybody on the close i live in,its like a comedy show when he has to get the thing out of the drive,he takes over the whole close.I personally think all caravans and motorhomes should be kept in a secure place, preferably as far away as possible from me

So your issue is that he has parked HIS own motorhome on HIS property, but it don't look nice.....maybe he feels the same about the view looking towards your house.

Other windows are available? If he's not blocking you in or anything like that (and you say its on his drive so I guess he isn't) then it just doesn't seem that big of a deal. There are bigger things in life to worry about then a white box outside your window.
