Hello i was wondering if anyone knew if these car air chamber's can be run off of normal car batteries as the garage

i might be renting has no power as i see they are fitted with 12 volt fans

and i can take the battery home and charge it now and then

Don't see why not if they are 12v. Alternatively if they run off a mains transformer you could connect an inverter to a battery and run them off that.

An inverter will slaughter a battery, remember every time you convert enery you loose some, much more efficient to just use 12V if poddable, maybe with a solar pannel on the garage roof?
When i iused to work for a garage rental company clearing debters garages i found a few with dehumidifyers running a similar set up, one even had a wind generator charging a battery bank that ran a fan to keep air blowing under a car.
