Recommend me a Decent Video Camera/Camcorder

Just wanting some advice as this area is not my strong point!

I'm looking to buy a video camera for use in the car. I want it to be good at capturing sound and my budget is £200. I'm not bothered about sticking it onto the car, I just want it to be able to pick up the sound from inside with windows down if possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
