The OH is working late tonight so i have to make a meal for one, and as she won't be around i can eat what i want and drink what i like.
So has anyone got any ideas for me.

I would suggest making tapas....you can graze all night while getting suitably mullered.

I was going to ask the same, what shall I make for dinner. Has to be fairly easy with ingredients I either have already or can easily get at my local shop.

Off the top of my head in various food groups..

pasta, rice, potatoes, ciabatta bread

milk, eggs, marge, garlic butter, cheese

mince, sausages, bacon

tinned tomatoes, frozen veg, onions, garlic

herbs of many varieties, chilli flakes, seasoning.

I also have plenty of ingredients, but feck that, it's FRIDAY!! So I'm going for a takeaway... Large meat & chips and a can of Dr Pepper, followed by a tub of Haagen Dazs. Yum!
