Can anyone confirm the torque setting for Steve Heatgs drop links?

These were professionally fitted a few years ago and during some routine maintenance i noted the bolts were not very tight although thread locked. Perhaps they are not supposed to be tight but secure to work correctly. So i need to check torque settings if poss...

I asked Steve himself about this a while ago and he didn't have a figure. He did say that they needed to be ' very tight' though. I'd phoned him because I'd thought they were rattling, but the problem turned out to be elsewhere.
