Throttle Pot and Ride Height Settings

Just a quick question, my MIL Light comes on a full throttle, new throttle pots set to read 14.4 when the throttle is closed, they read up to 97 at the max but if I keep pressing the peddle then right at the bottom Thotttle 1 shows as bad, and suggestions ot is it just over opening?

Also what is the correct ride height setting for a Cerb, mine was to low and not riding very well as the shocks didn't have room to do much, raised it a few mill on the rear springs and now ride brilliantly but just look high to me.

I can't help with the throttle pot settings but the Cerb should be 130mm from the floor to the bottom of the chassis rails.

Slightly confused, I read; the pot reading max's out at 97 but that is not actually at WOT but when at WOT Throttle 1 goes bad on the diagnostics. In which case I would assume its off the track and or damaged, just change it as it looks like the fault to me.
OOI it's something like over 94 to allow the ECU to give you full power mapping and obviously you need WOT to allow max air flow in, without both its not fulfilling its potential, with one pot giving 'bad' reading it just reads the other one, I think.........

I think you have it, both pots new just fitted them last week both track identically through the opening of the throttle, then with the peddle firmly pushed to the floor throttle 1 goes bad, could it be the trottle end stop not adjusted correctly?

Thanks Ireland, which chassis rail do I measure to, the out rigger infront of the rear wheel?

I'd measure from the box section main beams myself, the outriggers could bent up a bit over the year by jacking, I'd have a 5-10mm front to rear rake too.

just flagging it as someone else in the cars history may have done it in the past, which gives no confidence in any readings for ride height taken off them, hence my post.............

Mine runs 130mm from road to front corner outrigger, 140mm rear, but then I sometimes carry a passenger
