Very nice places to be, I had and still have use of a pre-facelift 2.5 sport.....not that fast but rides how I wish my 335i did, minus the bodyroll, light steering and feeling like it weighs 3 tonnes, your being the facelift (aluminium panels?) should be better in this respect....what engine has it got in it?
I do like the colour and bodykit on yours though, standard?

I always thought the early S-Types were a bit 'stuffy' in terms of styling, but your example demonstrates that it really did evolve into a very handsome car. The V8's can be picked up for silly money.
My friend had an early V6 (T plate, if I recall). He was in his late 20's when he owned it - used to amuse himself by driving around in it with his baseball cap on (the wrong way round.....

)This is a 2.7 Twin Turbo Diestuff
Its an Auto with a 6 speed box
the bodykit is part of the Jaguar Sports range stuff, also sitting on lowered uprated jaguar springs and shocks, sports seats in the front
its great to drive, only issue, it is very low with kit on it so parking can be an issue if there are high curbs etc, speed bumps are also a PITA so you have to roll over them very slow, much to the anoyance of anyone behind.
The Father in law lives in southern France so most of teh jags life is spent crusing between Englan and there whihc makes it a very easy drive.
