1 ABS sensor - just ONE
Why are these parts so expensive?

My ABS light came on the other week....you know the one that is yellow and mentions ABS ?
It should be coloured red and mention £££, then I'll know it is the ABS

My new ABS sensor was £60 fitted, not that it will make you feel better, what car is it for?

I fitted my own, after buying one for £30 from a scrappy. Five minute job.

Indeed, you may have to upgrade to taking the bulb out of the console.

Aside from that, you might find that all it needs is the crap blowing out of it with an air duster, or the reluctor rings replacing.

What car is this for?

And when the MOT tester turns on the ignition and checks for all dash lights.. ABS doesn't come on? wink

Indeed, this has been discussed recently. MOT tester also checks for correct illumination during start up. No light whatsoever = fail.

A simple timer circuit would sort that out.
