Police chase in Glasgow

Anyone else see this in Glasgow south side about 2pm today? Saw a police car chasing a black pick up down a one way and then later on saw the pick up sitting bashed in with the police around it.

Helicopter was overhead as well.

A bit of excitement on an otherwise tedius wet, windy day!

Black pick up, think it was a Navarra, had a private reg with JAW in it.
Ended up at the bollards outside Shimla Pinks.

Police ordered to terminate pursuit for safety reasons almost immediately and he was apprehended by a member of the public (whom he'd smashed into when not being chased) !

About two streets away I saw a WPC speaking to the owner of a van which had obviously been hit in the front wing.

The police car beside the pick up was a Focus estate and a traffic 5 series was on the main road. I was sure it was the 5 series that had been chasing it but as I only got a glimpse, maybe it was the Focus and thats why it got called off.

Was the pick up stolen or what?
