Back-of-seat OEM DVD players...

Hi,

Search didn't throw anything up but I can't believe it's never been covered, but;

Can I get recommendations on in-car DVD players, the ones that go over the back of the front seats. I need two screens. Ability to play USB files would be great but not a necessity (DVD is the only necessity). Not too fussed about wireless headphones (or even headphones at all) but all recommendations welcome.

Budget is "modest" so nothing £300+, please!

I assume its for your kids? I got one with 2 screens from Argos - cheap as chips and does the trick

I can give you a non-recommendation which is what I bought - a Nextbase Click 7 Duo which I bought as I thought I could play one DVD on two screens - you can't. On top of that, after about a year one of the units packed in with no picture so I'm now stuck with a single screen.

I would recommend wireless headphones if you have kids as no matter how neat you try to be, the trailing cables are a giant pain in the ass and the roof-mounted unit I had in my Mazda 5 was far better in terms of practicality, even with headphone cables trailing down as opposed to across the footwells.
