Clamper Jailed

Some scrote wheel clamper in Manchester has been jailed for 4 months. Good news. Apparently the guy inprisoned a plumber. Its about time these little bastards started getting banged up.

This is good news indeed, but since when has there been a specific offence of Imprisoning A Plumber? Is this one of those funny old laws that's never been repealed - like skipping archery practice?

I remember that - didn't his workmates all quit when they were forced to work with him because he was so annoying?

And it also had that twat Traffic Warden who got some poor woman's car towed in a dodgy area of London, even when she turned up, offered to pay the fine, he said 'No, it's on the transporter, you'll have to go to the yard to get it released'. He then wouldn't let her ride in the Van, and didn't even see she got a Taxi - Just left her on her own, at night, in a dodgy part of London! If anyone did that to my Mum, they'd be enjoying the rest of their life without kneecaps!
