Anyone got experience of these steel buildings and what potential pitfalls can we expect

Hoping to DIY it with a few friends

As long as your foundation is flat, I can't imagine it's too hard?

I'm guessing it all bolts together and doesn't require and welding.

Probably want to add a bit extra on for scaffolding/renting platform scaffolding. and a few grand for sorting the foundations.

Looks like they are designed for diy assembly, so must come with instructions.

Im looking to put one or two of these buildings up too. I got quotes and specs from a lot of suppliers some of whom were offering painted steel panels instead of Plastisol coated. I considered www.premiersteelbuildings.co.uk to be the best for price and spec. They have a display building at Knockhill racing circuit if you're ever down this way.

No connection etc.

That seems very expensive... I got a quote from a company in Huntly for an 18m x 9m portal shed for £13k+vat, erected.
