Front light issue

Not used the 500 for a while but had a service and checked over but the front lights are playing up. The n/s works fine. The o/s sidelight works but no dip beam and no main beam light either. Thought it was just headlight and a bulb change but appears to be some connection/feed problem. Are the feeds connected and which end should I start? Its a pain getting the access panel off but fear I may have to. Fuses seem fine but as the n/s works guess its at the bulb end.

dip,main and earth are all linked from N/S to O/S, check supplies at lampholders to seperate earth, of they are ok, then check the earth.

Cheers Ant. Got the modwise brighter lights kit which from memory provides a seperate live supply to the o/s but not earth so maybe thats the problem.
To confirm the sidelight is the dimmest bulb (which works OK) and the headlight is the brightest setting in the pod with main beam being the cibie light held by the wing nuts either side of the number plate.
