I am pleased to report that my 97 R chim 5.0 has no faults other than needing new brake pads and new fan relay switch. the rest of "faults" we all due to some bolts on every major component of the car being "loose". Thank you Offord,

Notice a red Chimaera 4.0HC with a private reg in the showroom? Thats mine - still not had it for over a month now!! Not Offords fault I have to add, just waiting for the gits that have the ECU to see if they can re-condition it...

If you did see it let me know - just a little twitchy as I havent seen it for ages and worried it has disappeared - paranoid I know, but you know how TVRs are...

Funny you should say that but I'm sure I saw Simon at Offords caning it round North Weald airfield in a red 4.0 HC last week!!!! Boy can he powerslide!!! Could hardly see him for all that tyre smoke!!!

just been to pick mine up. Running fabulously, managed to use at least a few gallons of petrol between there and home in Pampisford!!!! Yes your red 4.0 was in the showroom still. What's an ECU?
