The top right spark plug appears to be running hotter than any of the others, although the photo doesn't show this very well. It definitely is lighter to look at, both top and bottom. The photo shows the darker bottom side of each plug. What could cause one to be running hotter?
Obviously there's a lot of corrosion there too, on both banks, any thoughts?

Im sure I read somewhere that due to airbox design there could be slight differences in mixture between cylinders but its also possible that someone slipt something funny in my tea one day and I imagined it
. Maybe your engine was washed and some water got down the spark plug holes and sat there for a while hence the rusty plugs?
