Hi

As I mentioned in a BBWF post I will not be able to drive my cars to BBWF weepingfurious

This is due to having an emergency operation on my left foot, originally scheduled for tomorrow but I have postponed it till mid June! Mainly so I can go to TAG 11 at Goodwood next week and fly the "wedge" flag and do PR for BBWF!

As it will be only five weeks after the op my foot will be still be in plaster for BBWF!

Now I am doing some re-organising so I at least can attend in some form.
The problem I will be having before hand and on the day is the need for volunteers to help before, during and after the event!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can help in any way please contact me!

Andy

This is what we had last year:

1. Someone on the "gate" to hand out the welcome pack
2. Parking marshals
3. Someone on the main stand to sell stuff, raffle tickets etc
4. People to help set up the evening "do" - this didn't take much effort last year though as the hotel had set up a lot of it.
5. Lead car for the run out.

This year we need all off the above plus:

6. People to help serve tea's and coffee.
7. People to general help move/carry things etc.
8. People to help clear up!

As previously offered, happy to help in any way I can. The other half is pretty good at persuading people to part with their money so put us down for the sales stand if you want. If thats already covered anything else you need.

Enjoyed my stint on the `gate` last year, but not going to make it to BBWF this year. Sorry can't be of help, but hope the op is a success and goes to plan.
