Hi,
I've recently purchased a 2007 C320 CDI, it's my first MB and really enjoying it. It's got a full MB service history and I'd like to maintain it. I was offered a service plan where for 3 services I pay £26 p/m (or one off payment of £936).
According to the paper work I can opt for Service Plan A or B (B being a full service). Included will be - Engine oil, oil filter, sump plug washer, wash Screen additive, key fob battery, combination filter, brake fluid, air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, auto trans oil filter, gasket seal and fluid.
Things NOT included are damaged glass, tyres, paint work, "any friction material" (whatever that means) and anything not listed in the Handbook.
I'd like to know if anyone has used this plan and what they have experienced. Or alternatively would you suggest I find a good indy?

"Any friction material" means brake discs and pads and (in the case of a car with a manual transmission) the clutch.
To be honest, it doesn't sound like a great deal. Depending on what mileage the car currently shows and what servicing it has had to date, it may be that it will require little more than oil and filter changes on each of the next three servicing occasions. You'll be able to figure out what work is scheduled from the car's maintenance booklet.
