Just seen this, thought it might have been a modified Ultima but no, its a one-off built by a company called Tokan. Anyone know more about it?

It is a modified Ultima. Albeit very heavily. Infact so heavily that I believe only the windscreen is original. Big long thread in the Ultima section.
