Ferrari, practical?

OH is watching Peter bloody Andre and he's at Romans looking at some very nice motors.

I think it's the dealer who says to Andre "You need a car that you can use every day, that you can just get in, drive to London, leave it, come back start it up, drive home. The Ferrari is what you want".

Are new Ferrari's a good choice for a daily driver then?

Dealers are supposed to say stuff like that to sell cars!

But just to drive into a city, park it up and then come back later to drive home. No mention of having to squeeze in loads of boxes and stuff, so why not a Ferrari?

They've always been reliable if used and maintained properly . . . . . the new ones seem to be pretty easy to live with; the only down sides to using one everyday are the effect big mileage had on values and the actions of a few jealous people

This is kind of what I mean, the sort of driving he's doing, using a Ferrari as a daily driver? The dealer gave the impression it'd be bulletproof. Is this the case or is he looking at huge reliability issues? I should also point out he only went there to get the puncture on his Bentley sorted, and chopped it in for the Ferrari.

My ex-business partner was going to get one but the guy selling it kept it in a climate controlled garage and plugged into the mains when he wasn't driving it which sort off put him off so he stuck with his 911 Turbo.

Well dealers will say anything to make a sale; they'll tell him it flys if it means he buys it. And Peter Andre would probably beleive it too.

I think that Ferraris have become more reliable since the 360, so yeah i suppose he'll be alright.

As memory serves, didn't he buy a California. Not really a Ferrari though is it haha.

I theres loads of ferraris that make good everyday cars, you just need deep pockets to run them.

Ferraris have good reliability, just need servicing and maintaining properly

I caught the end of it earlier in the week whilst waiting for Celebrity Juice, he was driving an utterly gorgeous California. Must have just got it, kept referring to it as his baby and nipped off for a drive suddenly too.
