I was in the unfortunate position last Friday evening where my front bumper got caught on a kerb, it pulled the undertray half off and the bumper at one side popped out, with no tools, a good way from home and my two young bairns in the car it could have been better to say the least, being after 5 at night I did think a recovery was on the cards.
I stopped at the first garage, the Audi one on Dunkeld road, about to close for the night all the guys were out the boilersuits just about heading home, they kindly took the car in, ramped it and sorted both the bumper and undertray in about twenty minutes and would not take even the price of a pint each for doing it.

Top lads and a big thank you for helping out in a fix, I do wish everyone had the attitudes you guys have

Wow well done those guys, you wouldnt see that in Audi Edinburgh!
It's a common problem with Audi's, I caught mine on a kerb a couple of times, problem is, being soft plastic you are completely unaware that its happening, until you try to reverse out of the parking space!

I'm fairly sure they're Audi's dealer of the year. Cameron's has always been a friendly place.

Yeh, only heard good things about the Perth dealer - my gaffer lives about 4 miles from Braehead, but still drives to Perth Audi to get the A3 serviced!
