Ok so got 2 weeks to cover as much driving nirvana in europe as I can, got most of the roads covered but Millau to Ales is hard one to work out? looks like every road there is fantastic but what do people say is the best route?
Thanks for any help.

Having done this many times, I would again drive the Gorges du Tarn - stunning scenery! Not a quick road, but very memorable!

Millau - Le Rozier - Ste. Enimie - then the Corniche des Cevennes to Anduze.

Viaduc de Millau

Gorges du Tarn

There is a great, interesting Visitor Centre under the viaduct at Millau.

Are you planning to go to Mont Ventoux after Ales? Not very far and definitley worth it!

Well worth the effort if you can. The drives up and down are superb!

Bonne Route is spot on. You have to do the Corniche des Cevennes between Florac and St Jean Du Gard.
The road between Ales and Bagnol Sur Ceze is great too without the spectacular views perhaps.
Ventoux is a classic hill climb and the vista from the top is epic so well worth it.

All are fast flowing well surfaced and not full of Gendarmes.
Remember you see the Millau bridge much better from underneath it rather than going across it although its a good idea to do both.
