Redundancy what to minimum expectancy

Fantastic news (not uncommon these days) what is the least I can expect with 5 years service in my job not got the 7 day consultancy yet but I am slightly stting it as I could become homeless and bankrupt very quickly unless I get a job soon

After 2 years continuous service with a company.

1 week of pay for each FULL year of service. So 5 weeks. Up to a MAXIMUM of £330 per week.

Examples
If you've done 4 years and 11 months and 2 weeks. You'll only get 4
If you earn £600 per week ordinarily. Don't expect that. Some might, some won't.
If you earn £200 a week. You'll only get that.

Depends if they are paying enhanced or statutory.

Thankfully I got enhanced when I was laid off back in '08.

The stat calc is not as straight forward as 1 week of pay for 1 hear of service. You so need to factor in the age at which service is completed.
