Obtaining loft insulation cheaply.

Hi All

I need a lot of loft insulation cheaply. About enough to do 30 average properties. I gather that the energy companies sell it, but whilst I have not yet tried I rather suspect they won't want me taking commercial quantities.

Does anyone have any ideas where I might obtain some on the cheap please?

Any of the DIY sheds tend to sell it very cheaply now due to deals with energy companies & the government.

Go to B&Q, Homebase etc, no point shopping around too much.

I used to sell tons of the stuff, but even buying it in artic loads direct from the manufacturer I cant compete due to the subsidies others get so Ive knocked it on the head.

I thought the DIY sheds put a limit on how much you can buy of the subsidised/discounted stuff ?

Just go round the DIY sheds over a few days/weeks and build it up, get a mate to do do the same so they dont't notice you taking the piss clearing the shelf twice

The last time we bought 150mm space blanket it was buy one get 2 free from a DIY shed, limited to 30 rolls per customer..... yet their online order site didn't object when we ordered 180, and the pallets turned up 48hrs later.
