Early 911, E-type and something else, in a magazine article?

Going back about 5 years now, but can anyone remember anything about a magazine article, where they did a road test on 3 cars. An early 911, E-type and something else, I think I remember it was a bit of a road trip as well.

I have a feeling it was in Classic & Sports Car?

I would love to read it again, and I can't for the life of me find the thing.

Can anybody remember anything about it, that might help me track it down?
