So I hit the rolling road today to see what she's putting down. I already had an idea of what kind of power I'd be making, but was really happy when it was confirmed.

323 bhp at the flywheel and 270 at the wheels with a peak of 273 lb ft of torque. Very pleased. Needless to say, it's a bit quick.

Bloody hell! eek

Presumably you're running uprated internals for that sort of power output?
And I bet "it's a bit quick" is an understatement! hehe

Thanks for the comments. Quick spec list looks as follows:

Standard 1.8 BP Engine
Megasquirt PNP
RC 550cc Injectors
Pulsar T28 Turbo
DIY Intercooler and 2.25" i/c pipework
FM2 cast manifold
BEGI Seperated gasses downpipe, dumped wastegate pipe
3" into 2.5" exhaust (cant afford 3" all the way back yet)
Devils own W/I on a hobbs pressure switch (turns on at 8psi) running 50% methanol
Inconel studs to keep everything together
And crossed fingers :0)

Non engine stuff includes:
Gaz Gold Pro coilovers 400/300
Federal RS-R tyres in 195/50/15
OZ Superlegerra 15" wheels
Energy poly bushes all round
Hard dog roll bar
Bride bucket seat

Probably loads of other things I've forgotten about, but you get the idea!

Here's a pic about a couple of months ago when it was N/A and prior to Roll bar installation:

What power would that car run without the water injection?

323 bhp, for about 30 seconds. Then a continuous 0 bhp after that.

rofl love it!

Seriously though, that is one quick car! Bet you embarrass a lot of people with that power; they'll be expecting less than half that!
