Some of you may have read my weight loss / diet thread over in the health section....

Anyways to cut it short me and my girlfriend have been at uni all day I'm starving and have so far had, ready brek, a ham and tomato sandwich, muller rice yoghurt and 1 satsuma all day.

She's insisting on wagamamas tonight so in a hope to keep my relatively healthy eating week on track are there any recommendations? Looking at low carb particularly.

Have done a 5k run today so that should have given me some calorie offset!

Chicken katsu curry but get the chicken grilled. It has rice with it, but you don't need to eat it all.

It's the bank holiday. Stop killing yourself over every single calorie. Have a little treat. Enjoy life!

You are at uni? Sod the diet, enjoy the student life! You can lead a balanced life style without worrying about what to eat when you go out, that is kind of obsessive and IMO you won't last.

OP, please tell me what's 'healthy' about going the whole day on what you have told us you have eaten above. Eat a properly balanced diet and stop pissing about with yourself.

as with anything. THe meal that barely fills you up is usually the healthy stuff.
I love chicken katsu curry. its about 1100 calories, which is similar to a KFC box meal, but i couldn't care less. It's a good place to go for vegans. 1 of my friends in my 'group' is a vegan. and we always end up fking going there.
