Wagamamas Healthy?
Discussion
Some of you may have read my weight loss / diet thread over in the health section....
Anyways to cut it short me and my girlfriend have been at uni all day I'm starving and have so far had, ready brek, a ham and tomato sandwich, muller rice yoghurt and 1 satsuma all day.
She's insisting on wagamamas tonight so in a hope to keep my relatively healthy eating week on track are there any recommendations? Looking at low carb particularly.
Have done a 5k run today so that should have given me some calorie offset!

I love chicken katsu curry. its about 1100 calories, which is similar to a KFC box meal, but i couldn't care less. It's a good place to go for vegans. 1 of my friends in my 'group' is a vegan. and we always end up f
king going there.
