Zertec/Hella front indicators

I have a problem with my front nearside indicator in that this afternoon it stopped working. Simple I thought, just fit a new bulb, but no, the metal 'spring' inside the black plastic housing has corroded away, where moisture has been sitting inside. So I need a new housing, it is Hella with two different numbers on it, PA6-GF30 and 152 133. Does anyone know if these are fitted to any standard production cars where I might be able to get one quickly. The Chim is my daily driver so I need to sort it sooner rather than later. Has anyone else with these lights encountered this problem? Make sure they are sealed correctly at the back.
