Whats in your dream garage

After seeing the best garage thread i am somewhat confused by the lack of machinery and an excess of plasma tellys.

So out of the list of items above choose which 3 you would have in your dream garage.

i want to see if we lean towards pratical or shiny

I moving soon first thing, going in is a two post car lift?.

I am fed up working on the cold floor with axle stands.
I have done three car restoration like that no more.

Can you add: expert mechanic, seat and beer fridge, so that I can sit and watch, whilst occasionally chipping in with comments that make me sound more knowledgeable that I actually am.

Dream garage would be a lift, lots of well organised tools, air lines, beer fridge, space for 4 or 5 cars at once, and a good stereo system.

Current garage is undergoing a tranformation into a space for keeping tools, toys, and an arcade machine, it already has a beer fridge
