Hi again all!!!

Had a good chat with some guys at Snetterton today regards the downloadable diagnostics program and lead from laptop to the three pin plug which he pointed out for me under the dash on my Sag!

These really helpfull/freiendly guys were with the TVRCC and said its a really easy program to use and is really helpfull to reset probs when they arise so im intersted in getting the lead and downloading the program. My idol needs reseting as its not pin perfect and is slightly hesistant on throttle. Had a chat with Graham Varley and he was going to reset it for me at Chatworth but he didnt bring the laptop with him which is fair enough. Its going to Sr8six anyway soon for a service but maybe handy for the future.

Can anyone help me with a link to the program and were i can get hold of a lead please?

No need to PM the details - http://www.thetvrsite.com/cerbera/ecu-diagnostic-s... is the software.

Then you'll need the lead, easiest option is Raceproved - or you could DIY it (Maplins components etc).

There is a link on Graham Varleys site to my patched version of the software which doesn't shut down your pc on exit.
It also resizes the data windows depending on screen size, although it gets those slightly wrong.

Might find this useful as there is a manual for the software and some instructions. Not all serial to USB controllers work though ,Maplin seems the best place to find one.

Works fine on XP, I believe W7 is ok too.

Works ok on Vista too.

I run in compatibility mode though just in case, not tried it in normal mode.
