Hi,
I was just wondering where everyone gets their photos printed when tkaen with digital cameras. I have an account with Fotango but not purchased any as yet from them but are there any others and any high street shops that do it?

Also, how does everyone post their pictures on forums? I am using Fotango for this at the moment but to be honest I'm not really happy with the quality of the image once it has been linked.

Thanks,

Richard Steven

www.photobox.co.uk

Magazine review rated them top for overall price/quality.

Had some 18x12 prints made.....stunning quality.

I use Photobox also, top quality and super fast service. If you get the photos uploaded by 5pm you usually have them next morning.

Your ISP will probably provide you with some free webspace - which you can put your photos on. Ask them how it's done.

My webspace currently hosts about 300 mb of my stuff I should get out more.

Our local Sainsbury's (Colchester) offer a printing service - currently they are doing 50 5 x 7 photos for £6.99 - ready in an hour.

Normal rate for 4 x 6 is £7.99 for 39 pictures

Quality is not bad - not the thickest photo paper but fine for sticking in albums etc.

I must have a look as I have a few I would like printed, and if you rate them they must be worth a look.

Thanks for all the advice. I have now setup a photbox account and will be ordering prints shortly but will also order some from Fotango just to compare the two.

Regarding the ISP and free web space... unfortunatly I live in a house with 3 other people and I am not the computer whizz out of the lot of us so the ISP and all that side of things was setup by the guy doing Comp. Sci. and we just bung him a little money each money and he did everyhting for us including wiring the house. We move out next week as well after our exams are over (last one tomorrow!), and not into our new place till September but I will see what the deal is back home and possibly get some webspace then!

Thanks,

Richard Steven
