I had this problem on my targa roof, after many different things I finally used the mr2 t-bar roof rubbers, they were not long enough so had to cut and extend carefully with superglue, worked brilliant, also where at the front it meets the screen pillar and door pillar this area is very difficult to seal, the mr2 part worked great and as other cars i used a door seal rubber with a water gully on, like the mx5, so even if a little drop works its way through the seal its caught and runs out the bottom of the door shut.
