Brake fluid

In the owners manual it specifies Shell Advance Brake Plus DOT 5.1 for brake fluid

The only thing I can find on sale is Shell Advance MOTORCYCLE Brake Plus 5.1


Is the same thing?

Just get some AP Racing Formula DOT 5.1 delivered to your door from Fleabay for about a fiver. Same stuff as is used in the M600 so you know it will be all right.

I want to flush through and replace all the fluid, so how many litres will I need?

I recently changed the fluid in my car (to a good dot 4 following advice from the guys).

I used less than 1 Ltr to replace all the fluid.
