Anyone identify this bird for me?

Took this on saturday at Qutab Minar in Delhi, just down the road from where I now live.

Managed to snap this.... hawk? There were about 20 of these flying about overhead.



Anyone know what it is?

Tail looks like a Kite of some sort?

This is what I would have said. Even if you ignore the distincitive tail shape etc the numbers pretty much rule out any kind eagle/hawk etc and it's clearly not a vulture.

Black kites are common all over India so seems pretty likely
