TAG 11 - Friday night if not going to the races

Anyone staying at Lakeside not going to the races Friday night and fancies a few lager tops? The Walnut Tree is about a 10 minute walk away and looks OK. Not sure what the on site bar/restaurants are like but just fancied getting off site. Should get there about 6pm hopefully - I'll put a Tiv top on and i'll be the one with the funny accent.

We are staying in a caravan, not fancying the horses so will more than likely join you at the pub. Not sure what time we will be getting to Lakeside so will meet you in there.

Long gone now but interestingly the varnish used was bought from the supermarket in Tenerife where the woman had her head lobbed off.

As a local, the Walnut Tree is a very good pub just a short walk from Lakeside. They are good with their food to.

As long as they sell beer I'm not too fussed. Only joking really. Be nice to get off site after putting up the tent as I'll be totally peed off by that point.

Only use it say one every year or two and always forget how it all goes up. Don;'t help when all the component parts are dotted around so hope we remember to bring everything.
At least its looking dry which will be a first - last time was BSG on Saturday afternoon and it was very wet. Thinks I'll just get a beer and leave it to Andrea, with me supervising.
