Changing money for Thailand trip

Guys can someone give me a few pointers here.
We are off on honeymoon tomorrow to Thailand.
Am I best changing to Thai Bhat or US dollars? Last time I was there (10 years ago) everywhere accepted dollars and gave a better rate than £sterling

You'll get better value with Bhat than dollars is my experience.
Loads of places to change!
