After A-Plan for a year (£630) and being promised it'd be much less this year (£695...someone can't do maths) I decided to do some last minute shopping around and found:

Classicline = £399.87

Mannings = £380.16

Mannings bought, job done That's on me with 3000 miles use, garaged, social only, 9 years NCD and age 33.

I've been with Mannings for years, short excursion to A Plan back in my Chimaera days though. Track day cover is usefully included in their policy.

VAT increase. No it doesn't make sense in the real world (unless you were paying £2500!) but it's the party line in Insurance World
