Hi All.

Into my 3rd week of Chimaera 450 ownership, loving every minute even with the normal niggles and bit's that need doing, worst of all an oil leak from the valley gasket which I have to do asap because of oil dropping onto the exhaust ;-(. Have bought the Lupo lights to convert it and also booked it into west country trimmers for a new roof too,I have a feeling it's going to be an expensive car to own but really don't care TVR's are amazing and have wanted one for ages.

The main worry I have at the moment is that I have to leave the car parked up for a while when working away and a bit worried if the battery goes flat on how to access the car. I am aware of the secret lock on early Chimaeras as a friend has owned one for years but mine is a 1999 face lift and It is not in the same place.I have the original manual for the car but it says nothing about how to get in if the battery is flat. I don't want anyone to respond and tell me on here for obvious reasons, but could someone please PM with the info.

Cheers all.

Big Al.
