Uploaded a video of the car from Knockhill on Sunday. It's mainly a tussle between me and my friends Integra (Ex VTEC challenge race car but with a Supercharged CTR engine @ 300hp. Plastic Windows etc). The camera mount wasn't great (Flip ducktaped to the sunvisor!) so it's a bit shaky.

MX5 Turbo Knockhill

As you can see, the track is wet but it dried out later on in the day. Best laptime was a 62.1s and top speed was a GPS 115mph.

I was really pleased with the times, and reckon I can get it down to a 60 second dead with brakes that work, wider tyres to get the power down and a big gay wing. We'll soon find out! :0)

Looks like you had a lot of fun! Just shows how good these cars as as in theory a fwd Integra, even a standard one should be able to walk away from an MX5 on a wet track so good driving smile

Knockhill is one of my favourite tracks. I was there about 6 years ago and it still looks exactly the same! Is the bump still there on the exit of the hairpin? That the drop/corner after the start/finish straight (Dufus Dip?) is in my opinion better and trickier to get right than Paddock at Brands. When I was there we had torrential rain most of the day but I still kept the top down when on track. I held it up in the pits and only dropped it as the lights changed to let me go wink
