getat delivery worries

Ordered my watch on 3rd may and is still showing payment.received, awaiting despatch.
I've heard rumours they can take a while,just checking this is the case and that I shouldn't be worried.

A month and not even dispatched doesn't sound good.

Not yet, been on holiday for a few weeks, will be next course of action but heard things along the lines of he doesn't respond to mails, and that they can turn up after about 7 weeks.
This probably sounds silly but heard all of this on another forum found via googleing the issue and would just believe it more if someone from this forum confirmed it.

Will send an email and see what happens.
