Whilst reading this months TG magazine an article caught my eye it was the ford mustang prototype very nice indeed , but what really got my interest was the engine in it , it was a V8 4.7 lt. so far so good, now for the good bit it came in at 450 bhp and with a few tweaks would pass 500 bhp wow I thought .
The car might or might not be made, I hope it is, but the engine Im told is straight out a catalogue and it really does look as though it would fit in a Griff without too much trouble.
Now wouldn't that be something a griff with 450-500 HP I really will have to look closely at this , which brings me to my question would any one have a good web site to source one of these engines
Think of 500 hp / ton, a Zonda wouldn't see you comong !!
I would rather spend 7-8 grand re-engineing my griff than upgrading to a Tuscan

I believe Steve Heath may have a few words of caution WRT 400+bhp in Griff. You'll need to replace more than just the engine!
