Quick tyre question!

Just wondered if anyone could help me. I currently have 14" wheels on my car with 55 profile tyres.

I want to change to 15" wheels so for them to be roughly the same size, do i need 50 or 45 profile tyres with the 15" wheels?

50 would be closest I think, slight reduction in rolling radius possible still if I worked it out correctly. :s
