Had a trundle down today to have a look at the new dealership. Had a great time - they're really enthusiastic, down to earth and don't have any of the crap attitude that's put me off dealers in the past. I really hope they do well.
All those who are turning up tomorrow - enjoy. The barbecue is excellent.
Saying that, I may well be avoiding the place in the future, because these buggers are good
- damn near had me wavering on the edge of putting a deposit on a new toy...
Hey here's a thought, you blokes should think yourselves lucky that you don't have a Mrs like me - at least most women only go out and buy shoes and handbags, I damn near came home with a Tamora to match the Griff

In that case, I wish I'd stayed at home and done the housework instead of going out to play with the car... there's NO WAY on this planet I could let anyone see the state of the floor in the hall....
btw the new satnav system is brill if you get the postcode right when you set it up - I ended up taking a 50 mile detour home
Alf - you could indeed tempt me
- that's the first time I've ever heard an S6 car sound as good as an AJP V8 (nirvana), but last time I spoke to you, you didn't seem that enamoured with a Cherry Pearl Griff , and there's no way I'd let her go, not even for you
Let's wait and see what's on the stand at the Motor Show this week eh?

Can't believe you didn't come and say hello to us doing the Caterham day!
I was a bit engaged with other things
1) joyriding - er test driving
2) *nearly* buying another car <phew>
3) fine tuning the cooking on the BBQ (if you're going tomorrow, I made the mustard marinade for the kebabs
) Also Ted, your mobile was switched off - I tried to call you to see if you all wanted burgers before you went home.
Did stand and watch for a bit through the fence though - looked like a hoot - might have ventured in but there were no number plates that I recognised! Some lovely cars though
